3040 N Ocean Boulevard Unit N101, Fort Lauderdale
Lauderdale Beach is the stretch of Fort Lauderdale’s barrier island just north of Sunrise Boulevard, running along North Ocean Boulevard (A1A) between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a quieter, more residential pocket than Central Beach to the south, while still sitting minutes from the same dining, shopping and nightlife.
Housing here is a mix. Oceanfront condominium towers and boutique buildings line A1A, while single-family homes fill the finger streets running west toward the Intracoastal. Buyers are typically after direct beach access without the density of the central strip — and inventory ranges from modest one-bedroom units to multi-million-dollar waterfront estates.
Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, and the Galleria Mall are all close by. Las Olas Boulevard is about ten minutes south, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport roughly twenty minutes away.
