New Condo Laws for 2024
Condo Fees are on the rise!
Not sure if you have noticed but condo fees have been going up over the last year. Why are they going up?
Here are the reasons.
- Insurance rates have gone up.
- In 2024, condos are required to fully fund their reserves for all major renovation projects for the next 30 years(when they come due)
- Inflation
