New construction · Wilton Drive
The Shoppes of Wilton Manors
89 new condo residences and roughly 52,000 sq ft of new retail and dining, just approved for one of Broward's most walkable corridors.

What's coming
The Wilton Manors City Commission unanimously approved Stiles' redevelopment of the Shoppes of Wilton Manors, a 77,700-square-foot shopping center on Wilton Drive that's been part of the neighborhood since the 1950s. Stiles, the Fort Lauderdale-based developer, bought the property for $27.6 million in December 2024.
The approved plan calls for 89 condo residences across two five-story buildings, priced from the $700,000s up to just under $2 million, plus about 52,000 square feet of commercial space — roughly 14,700 square feet of new retail buildings and another 3,850 square feet for outdoor dining. It's a scaled-down replacement for a previous, larger plan for 252 rental units that the city rescinded in the same vote.
