The towers are 26 stories, rise from a podium, and reach about 300 feet. Public building profiles credit Kolter as developer, Kobi Karp Architecture and Design as architect, and ID & Design International for interiors, with a roughly 5,300 sq ft oceanfront restaurant planned at street level.

As of October 2026, there were five resale listings, priced from roughly $2.2 million to $5.0 million. They include two-bedroom residences of about 1,700 to 2,400 square feet and three-bedroom residences of about 2,900 to 3,240 square feet. Prices change often, so treat that as a snapshot and not a quote. Building profiles disagree on the total unit count, so I have left it out, and I can confirm it from the association documents.
