Pier Sixty-Six Residences
Waterfront residences on the 32-acre reimagining of a Fort Lauderdale icon, beside a 164-slip superyacht marina.
A landmark, rebuilt
Pier Sixty-Six Residences is the residential component of Tavistock Development Company’s multi-billion-dollar reimagining of the legendary Pier Sixty-Six Resort and Marina at 2301 SE 17th Street — a 32-acre waterfront site on the Intracoastal. Completion was announced in 2025.
Residences are spread across four buildings rather than a single tower: Azul, an 11-story building of 29 corner residences with curved terraces; Indigo, the final residential building with 88 residences; and two four-story Resort Residences buildings holding 31 units. Azul and Indigo were the first buildings in Fort Lauderdale to include a private plunge pool in every residence.
