MICL and Admire Capital unveiled The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach in February 2026, bringing the Ritz-Carlton brand to a 551 Bayshore Drive site on the Intracoastal Waterway just off the beach. Garcia Stromberg is the design architect, with interiors by Dan Fink Studio. Sales launched in March 2026 through Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with pricing starting at $2.5 million.
