Bahia Mar has been Fort Lauderdale Beach’s working yacht basin for decades — home to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and, for years, a municipal marina. Related Group, Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions are redeveloping the 40-acre site into a mixed St. Regis hotel-and-residences complex: a 197-key St. Regis hotel with its own hotel residences, plus two freestanding 23-story residential towers holding 160 condominiums. Arquitectonica is the architect of record, with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners.
Construction is planned in phases; building-by-building delivery dates have not been published yet.
