Lumiere is a five-story, ultra-boutique building at 500 Hendricks Isle, developed by 500 Hendricks LLC in partnership with MEC Development Associates, with architecture by In-Site Design Group. Rather than the 100-plus-unit towers common along the beach, Lumiere is deliberately small — only seven residences total, three to four bedrooms each, plus a full-floor penthouse — which lets every home get a private, assigned boat slip along more than 200 feet of canal frontage with no fixed bridges blocking the run out to the Intracoastal and open water.
Public listings show the building still under construction, with marketing photography described as artist renderings rather than finished-unit photography. As with any building still being built out, treat delivery timing, final finish selections and pricing as subject to change until the developer confirms them in writing — I can get you the current sales package rather than relying on marketing copy.

Hendricks Isle & the Las Olas Isles
Hendricks Isle sits in the Las Olas Isles, the finger-island boating neighborhood just south of Las Olas Boulevard — walkable to the restaurants and galleries on Las Olas, and a short drive or boat ride to the beach. It's a quieter, lower-density setting than the high-rise corridor a few blocks away, which is the trade-off buyers here are making: fewer neighbors and direct boat access instead of a 30-plus story building with a full amenity deck. Worth comparing against Andare Las Olas, Viceroy and Ombelle if a bigger building with more amenities matters more to you than a private dock.

With only seven residences in the building, inventory here is genuinely limited — whoever you first contact the sales office through is typically registered as your agent of record. I represent buyers at Lumiere at no cost to you, and I can walk you through current pricing, the boat slip assignments and deposit structure before you contact the developer directly.
