Related Group and BH Group — the same partnership behind One Hollywood Residences and the proposed Hollywood Beach Resort redevelopment — are developing this one too, with Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates as architect, Meyer Davis on interiors, and Witkin Hults + Partners on landscape.
Sales launched in 2024, and the project closed a $360 million construction loan and broke ground in 2026 — a meaningfully more advanced stage than most Hollywood pre-construction, since this one has financing in place and site work underway rather than just a rendering and a sales trailer.
