Armani, on the sand at Pompano
Giorgio Armani has lent his name to only a handful of residential buildings worldwide, and to just three in the United States. Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach is the newest of them: two slender nineteen-story towers on North Ocean Boulevard, developed by a partnership of SP Developments, Vertical Developments, WellDuo and GCF Development, with architecture by G3 Architecture and landscape design by West 8.
The defining decision is the floor plate. Twenty-eight residences across two towers means one home per floor — no shared corridors, no neighbour on the other side of a wall, and glass on every exposure. The result is a 360-degree outlook that takes in the Atlantic to the east and the Intracoastal and city to the west, wrapped by oversized terraces.

Why Pompano, and why now
Pompano Beach has more oceanfront condominium buildings under construction or in pre-construction than any other beach town in Florida. Armani/Casa sits among Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria and W-branded projects on the same stretch of coast — a concentration of branded product that did not exist here five years ago, at prices still below comparable Miami Beach and Palm Beach addresses.
