This is a different building from the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Fort Lauderdale Beach — this one sits at 1380 South Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach and pairs two towers on one site: a 32-story, 117-residence Beach Tower directly on the sand, and a 14-story, 88-residence Marina Tower on the Intracoastal side. Fortune International Group and Oak Capital are developing it. The Marina Tower has reportedly sold out; Beach Tower inventory is still available as of this writing.
As of late 2025 reporting, exterior glass installation, handrail placement, stucco finishing and paint work were underway across both towers, with facades nearly fully enclosed and both construction cranes already dismantled. The developer is targeting a 2026 completion — confirm the current delivery estimate with me before you rely on it, since dates on projects this far along can still shift by a quarter or two.

Pompano Beach now has more oceanfront condominium activity underway than any other beach town in Florida, and a Ritz-Carlton address here still prices meaningfully below the comparable Miami Beach or Palm Beach branded product.
