Related’s second tower on this beach

Casamar is the Related Group’s second oceanfront tower in Pompano Beach, the sister building to Solemar a short walk up the sand. Sales launched in 2022 and the building sold through to a reported $350 million sellout, with recorded contracts ranging from roughly $1.6 million to $6.4 million. Construction is finished and owners have moved in.

The developer’s claim on this building is that every residence is direct oceanfront rather than side- or city-facing, which is worth verifying line by line before you write an offer. Floor plans run from about 1,000 square feet to 3,900, which is an unusually wide spread for one building and means the resale market here covers everything from a pied-à-terre to a full-time family home.
