Two products under one W address

W Pompano Beach mixes two things in one building: 74 private residences (2–4 bedrooms plus 3 penthouses, roughly 2,400–3,400 sq ft) and 296 condo-hotel suites (studios up to 2-bedroom-plus-den, roughly 580–1,920 sq ft) that owners can place into a Marriott-managed rental program. Related Group is developing it with BH Group, on a 3.75-acre oceanfront site, with architecture by Nichols Architects and interior design by KORA.

This is earlier in its construction cycle than Ritz-Carlton or Waldorf Astoria a few miles south — it is in active pre-construction sales now, with vertical construction expected to start in 2026 and delivery targeted for 2029. That is a long runway, which cuts both ways: more time for pricing and terms to move, but also more time to lock in early pre-construction pricing before it does.
