This is earlier in its construction cycle than Ritz-Carlton or Waldorf Astoria a few miles south — it is in active pre-construction sales now, with vertical construction expected to start in 2026 and delivery targeted for 2029. That is a long runway, which cuts both ways: more time for pricing and terms to move, but also more time to lock in early pre-construction pricing before it does.
