The Development

Anantara’s first residential address in the United States

One Thousand Group — the Miami developer behind One Thousand Museum and Villa Miami — is partnering with Minor Hotels to bring the Anantara brand to the U.S. for the first time, in a 50-story, roughly 650-foot tower at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard. Architecture is by Kohn Pedersen Fox with ODP Architecture & Design, interiors by Patricia Urquiola’s Studio Urquiola (her first U.S. residential project), and landscape design led by Bangkok-based P Landscape with EDSA. The program mixes private residences, resort residences, and hotel suites around 130,000+ square feet of wellness and resort amenities.

This is early: sales are expected to launch publicly in 2026, and as of this writing only a handful of residences have been released to a registered waitlist under friends-and-family pricing. Public pricing hasn’t been released — I can get you registered ahead of the general launch.
