The Development

A courtyard building, not a tower

Ziggurat is a deliberate departure from Miami’s high-rise pre-construction wave: a low-rise, three-story building at 3101 Grand Avenue organized around a central courtyard with gardens and a fountain, from the Allen Morris Company in partnership with the Espinosa family. Architecture is by Oppenheim Architecture, with interiors by Andres Arcila of Naturalficial. With only 18 two- to five-bedroom residences in the entire building, this is one of the smallest new developments on this list — and one of the most exclusive.

A note on availability: the building was reported roughly 65% sold at its February 2026 groundbreaking. That leaves single-digit inventory remaining — worth confirming exact availability before you get attached to a floor plan.
