Villa Miami pairs Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (the team behind Carbone and ZZ’s Club) on a copper-clad, 650-foot tower designed by ODP Architects, with interiors by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. and landscaping by Enea Garden Co. With only 49 half- and full-floor residences across 56 stories, it’s deliberately low-density for a tower this size — the building leans on MFG’s in-house restaurant, private chef service, and estate management rather than a conventional amenity checklist.

Construction is well underway: the foundation pour finished in May 2025, and the tower had passed its 37th floor as of May 2026, running ahead of its original schedule. Completion is targeted for late 2027.
