HQ Residences is the debut fully-residential project from HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe (Sam Nazarian), developed in partnership with singer and actor Marc Anthony by a consortium of Black Salmon, The Boschetti Group, and Constellation Group. The 35-story tower is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by DesignAgency and landscape design by Enzo Enea, offering one- to three-bedroom residences plus eight signature penthouses.
