Cove Miami brings 116 one- to four-bedroom residences to a 40-story tower at 456 NE 29th Street, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture for SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group. The developers secured $170 million in construction financing, and sales director Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman has described early buyer interest as coming from New York, Los Angeles, and international markets.
Note: there is a similarly named but entirely separate project, The Cove Residences at 640 NE 26th Street by Two Roads Development — make sure you’re looking at the right building. This page covers Cove Miami at 456 NE 29th Street.
