The Raleigh has been a Miami Beach landmark since it opened in 1940. Developer Michael Shvo (SHVO) is restoring the original Art Deco building and its famous pool, and building new residential towers around it in partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, with just 40 residences across the combined property — including eight penthouses. The restoration and new construction are being handled by Kobi Karp Architecture, with interiors overseen in the Shvo tradition of pairing historic renovation with contemporary design talent.
A note on timing and availability: delivery estimates for this project have moved across sources over the past few years, and I have not found a published sold-percentage figure for the building. Given the scale of the restoration involved, I’d treat any delivery date as provisional and confirm current availability directly with the sales office before making any decisions.
