This was the first I have ever attempted to sell and Bryan made the process easy and understandable. He took the time to explain the process and answered every question promptly, and if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did.

We are out of state owners. We have owned this property for several years and when the tenants decided to move we decided to sell. We could not have done this without Bryan and his excellent support crew. Selling long distance has unique challenges and Bryan made it come together. He helped us determine the right selling price and was very responsive to our calls and requests for information. When I was concerned about what happened after the tenants moved out, he was willing to go by and make sure everything was in order — which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone needing assistance in the real estate market.

Bryan has excellent knowledge of the real estate market in the Broward area. He showed us exactly what we asked for and didn't try to push us on anything we didn't want or was out of our price range. He is extremely responsive and handled everything for us, making the moving process easier and less stressful. He is very honest and realistic as to what features and amenities are available in the area. I would definitely use Bryan Gold again!

Bryan did a great job helping me find the place I was searching for on very short notice. He was very attentive and knowledgeable on the opportunities in the area. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was available to show me a listing the following day. While speaking with him on the phone, he took the information I gave him and immediately thought of several other recommendations that met my requirements.
